Dame Heather Rabbatts DBE
Dame Heather Rabbatts is the founder of Women’s Sports Group.
She has wide-ranging leadership experience and expertise across sport, business, media, law and government.
Heather became The Football Association’s first female non-executive director and board member when she was appointed in 2012. Whilst at The FA, Heather served on the organisation’s Remuneration Committee and chaired The FA Inclusion Advisory Board.
She was also previously a member of FIFA’s Anti-Discrimination Taskforce.
David Kogan OBE
David Kogan is the founder of Women's Sports Group and brings unparalleled expertise in media rights negotiation.
As co-founder of Reel Enterprises, he acted as media rights consultant and rights broker in football for FA Premier League (six rounds), Football League (five rounds), Scottish Premier League (three rounds) and UEFA, as well as Premier Rugby, Six Nations, EPCR and the NFL among others.
David was responsible for over £20 billion of rights sales until the sale of Reel to Wasserman Media Group in 2014.
Steph Harries
Steph joined Women’s Sports Group as Managing Director in September 2021 with extensive experience developing women’s sports strategy.
As Controller of Production at BBC Sport, Steph was at the helm for both the landmark FIFA Women’s World Cup 2019 output - recording the biggest UK TV audience for women’s football - and the acquisition of UEFA Women’s Euros 2022 and WSL rights.
Steph has broad industry experience, from Sky Sports to Indies Sunset + Vine and North One Television and her role as Controller of Production at BBC Sport. She has also held senior positions in editorial, commercial and production roles.
