Steph Harries
Managing Director

Steph joined WSG in 2021.

Steph was Controller of Production for BBC Sport overseeing the FIFA WWC 2019, the ‘Change the Game’ campaign, Tokyo 2020 Olympics, acquisition of FA WSL and UEFA Women’s EURO 2022, and the biggest TV audience since 1997 of over 30 million for the UEFA Men’s EURO Final in 2021.

A broadcast and digital strategy specialist, Steph previously also held senior roles at Sky and DAZN and delivered brand campaigns for Puma, Gatorade and Sony.

Rachel Knight
Managing Director

Rachel joined WSG in 2023.

Previously Sports Rights Director at BT Sport, Rachel led the rights team and oversaw acquisition strategy, successfully securing renewals of the UEFA Champions League and Premier League deals.

With 15+ years’ experience, at IMG and BBC before BT Sport, Rachel has a proven track record of buying and selling rights and has worked with international broadcasters and rights holders including UEFA, Wimbledon, Rugby World Cup, UFC and MotoGP. She has deep experience in bid strategy, negotiation, building rights portfolios, broadcast partnerships, and linear and digital production.

Dame Heather Rabbatts

Dame Heather Rabbatts is the Founder of WSG.

She has unparalleled leadership experience and expertise across sport, business, media, law and government.

Heather became The Football Association’s first female non-executive director and board member when she was appointed in 2012. Whilst at The FA, Heather served on the organisation’s Remuneration Committee and chaired The FA Inclusion Advisory Board.

She was also previously a member of FIFA’s Anti-Discrimination Taskforce and CEO of Millwall FC.

David Kogan

David Kogan is the Co-Founder of WSG.

Renowned media rights consultant and Co-Founder of Reel Enterprises, David has overseen billions in deal flow in sports rights sales over his illustrious career including five cycles of Premier League, FA, UEFA, FIFA, NFL, Six Nations and Premiership Rugby properties.

Charlie Ashworth

Charlie joined WSG in July 2021

She has worked with clients across the sport industry including clubs, competitions, federations, broadcasters and brands.

Formerly at Vero Communications, she has a background in broadcast journalism and strategic comms, advising clients from Angel City FC to World Rugby.

Delilah Fenner

Delilah has been a Consultant at WSG since October 2021.

She brings extensive knowledge across the sports industry having previously worked at a Premier League club and a market-leading sports data provider. Delilah has also developed academic analysis of the global impact of sports and specialises in integrity and data rights.
